MarkerFlow Digital Solution Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
MarkerFlow Digital Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our video editing software and related services (collectively, “Services”). This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains your rights and the process for canceling subscriptions and requesting refunds. By purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
2. Definitions
- “Subscription” means any recurring payment plan for MarkerFlow’s services, whether paid monthly, annually, or via any other recurring billing cycle.
- “User” or “You” means any individual or entity that has purchased a Subscription or otherwise acquired our Services.
- “Refund Request” means a request submitted by a User for a partial or full refund of fees paid for a Subscription or Services.
3. Cancellation of Subscriptions
3.1 Cancellation Rights
- Users may cancel their Subscription at any time through the MarkerFlow account portal or by contacting our customer support team at markerflow.app@gmail.com.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of that period unless otherwise specified.
3.2 Early Cancellation
- If you cancel your Subscription before the end of a billing period, you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid for that period.
- For annual Subscriptions, cancellation before the end of the annual term does not automatically warrant a prorated refund unless required by applicable law.
3.3 Third-Party Billing
If your payment for MarkerFlow was processed via a third-party service (e.g., a mobile app store or payment gateway), please refer to the third-party’s cancellation and refund policies. MarkerFlow is not responsible for discrepancies in those processes.
4. Refund Requests
4.1 Refund Eligibility
- We offer a 14-day free trial period during which you can try our Services before any payment is required. If you cancel within this period, you will not be charged.
- For paid Subscriptions, refunds will be considered only if there is a proven technical issue with the Service that cannot be resolved by our support team or if MarkerFlow fails to deliver the core functionalities described at the time of purchase.
4.2 Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit a Refund Request in writing to markerflow.app@gmail.com with:
- Your account details (name, email, Subscription ID, etc.)
- A detailed description of the issue(s) encountered.
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or video recordings) that demonstrate the failure of the Service to perform as advertised.
Upon receipt of your Refund Request, our support team will review the issue and contact you within 5 business days to inform you of the decision. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary.
4.3 Non-Refundable Fees
- Fees paid for any usage beyond your Subscription’s basic plan (e.g., overage fees, additional services, or add-ons) may be non-refundable.
- Any fees related to custom development or third-party services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Service Interruptions and Technical Issues
If you experience repeated or prolonged technical issues with MarkerFlow that are not resolved promptly by our support team, you may be eligible for a refund or credit toward future use. In such cases, please document the issues and share this information with our support team so we may resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
6. Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the MarkerFlow website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes to the Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
